This may be true, but you're still using your voice daily - in ways that are still super important to you and others! Even on "rest days" Olympic athletes are still gently stretching, checking in with their bodies. And just like an Olympian walks to the grocery store on their competition legs, so too do you talk on the phone, sing to your children, chat with friends, and order at the drive-through with your professional instrument. It should always be at the ready!

I hear you. I've never had less time than I do now, I swear, and I have literally no place to go. But a really effective daily warmup should take 2-5 mins; you're already spending that much time brushing your teeth, so I promise, you can fit this in! I'll show you how.

Warmups don't have to be loud! Even if you want to get ready for some big voicing, you can still do 90% of your warmup very, very quietly - in fact, 50% of it can be silent!  I'm going to change your relationship with warming up, and you're going to love it. Just like we love other things that warm us, like kittens, Magic Bags, and hot cocoa. I promise.
